Production of the staves and heading : the first-class tighter grain oak only is used for the production of the staves. The production process consists of several phases, the main of which are:
  1. Splitting the wood. Exactly this traditional method allows to follow lengthwise the wood-fiber and to achieve the maximum resistance and impermeability;
  2. Sawing of the split elements lengthwise the wood-fiber and forming the half-finished products of the necessary thickness;
  3. Sawing of the already received small planks to the essential dimension in breadth;
  4. After receiving the essential length the staves are having the first phase of control (twigs, wood-fiber, grain tightness)
  5. After the second phase of control the staves are stacked.
